Iran attacks Israel using swarmed, one way attack, drones

How Iran’s attack on Israel was stopped | Israel | The Guardian

Over the weekend we witnessed a coordinated and well planned attack on Israel by Iran. The attack comprised of a package of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and one way attack drone (commonly called suicide drones). The attack was, thankfully, repelled with zero loss of life and minimal damage.

However, the cost of firing multimillion pound missiles at Shahed 136 drones which cost less than six figures to produce is not sustainable in the long term. It is now vital that all Integrated Air Defence Systems (IADS) include an effective C-UAS option with an EW capability, along side a kinetic option, to provide an cost effective counter measure to this ever growing tactic.
